• All Vom Herrenhaus,LLC pups are tattooed before going to their new homes.
• All Vom Herrenhaus,LLC pups come with lifetime breeder support.
• All Vom Herrenhaus,LLC pups are sold with AKC limited (non-breeding) registration. We will gladly upgrade registration to full (breeding) registration upon proof of breeding suitability. This includes hip/elbow certification and achievement of working title/certification.
• Vom Herrenhaus,LLC requires first right of refusal on all pups we breed. This means that if for any reason a client is unable to keep their pup, we must be contacted before any action is taken and given the opportunity to take back the dog.
• Vom Herrenhaus,LLC pups are well socialized from birth. They are handled daily and exposed to many different people, animals, places and things.
Purchase Process
• A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve a puppy from a litter.
• Early reservations are recommended as most pups are sold before the litter is born.
• Deposits will be accepted from individuals who have already completed our interview and screening process.

Selection
We do not allow people to select their own pups because we do not feel that doing so would be in the best interest of our pups or clients. No one, no matter experience level, can visit a litter a few times and get as complete and thorough an understanding of each pup's individual personality as we can after living with them for several weeks.
Pups are not sold on a "first come, first served" basis. Prior to accepting a deposit we spend a significant amount of time getting to know our clients and learning about their experience, personality and goals. We then carefully select the pup in the litter that is the most suitable for them. If the litter does not contain a pup that we feel is a good match, we will offer the client his/her choice of either a refund of deposit, or to transfer the deposit to a different litter. We can not, in good faith, sell a pup if we are not confident that pup and client will both be happy with the arrangement. We pride ourselves on each client getting the "pick of the litter" in the sense that each pup is carefully matched to their individual needs. In this way, we ensure that both the client and the pup are best suited for each other according to the client's lifestyle and aspirations, and each pup is placed in the home that will best meet his/her needs. |
